5 Ways You Can Win the Weight Loss War with Healthy Gut Bacteria

Did you know that a number of highly regarded scientific studies have shown that an unhealthy digestive system and inbalanced gut flora can contribute to weight gain and cause chronic obesity?

According to findings in the British Journal of Nutrition studies with rats where high energy diets were supplemented with friendly Lactobacillius Plantarum bacteria resulted in less weight gain when compared with rats fed only on high energy diets.

A second study showed that rats where high energy diets were supplemented with non-friendly Escherichia coli bacteria they developed significantly higher levels of body fat.

These studies back up the findings of research done in The University of Washington in St Louis back in 2006 that showed that the microbes in obese and lean people are significantly different.
